Mr. Dinesh Lal Shrestha is the Chief Executive Officer of this company. Mr. Shrestha holds more than a decade of experiences in both banking and life insurance sectors. He had served in Guheshwori Merchant Banking & Finance Ltd for 19 years as a CEO. Previously, he had represented the BOD in Asian Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and Ganapati Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. He has also served as General Secretary of Nepal Financial Institution Association(NFIA) . He is MBA (Finance) graduate from Tribhuwan University.
Mr. Hom Bahadur Shrestha, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) of Asian Life Insurance Company Ltd. Mr. Shrestha holds an MBA degree. He is self-starter, dedicated result oriented person with broad experience in life insurance marketing. He has more than 20 years of work experience in life insurance industry.
Before joining Asian Life Insurance, Mr. Shrestha served as Branch Manager Level to Divisional manager at Nepal Life Insurance Company (NLIC) for a notable period of seven years.
He has attended many national and International training & conference related to Insurance. He has been providing various motivational and sales related training to the employees and the top level club member agency, MDRT.
A passionate insurance professional Mr. Murari Raj Humagain enjoys his insurance career of more than two decades. Always inquisitive to learning and change, he joined Asian Life Insurance Company Ltd. in 2008 in pursuit of advancing his insurance career. Before joining Asian Life Insurance Company, Mr. Murari Raj Humagain worked at Nepal Life Insurance Company for 7 years. Mr. Murari Raj Humagain holds MBA in finance from T.U. and has participated in several national and international trainings and seminars in insurance and reinsurance activities.
Mrs. Manandhar is a post graduate from Tribhuwan University. She has an experience of life insurance underwriting for more than 15 years. She has attended various national and international level trainings and seminars on underwriting and re-insurance.Currently, she is leading the Underwriting department of Asian Life Insurance.
Mrs. Adhikari leads the talent acquisition and human resource development activities of the company. She has completed MA from Tribhuwan University. She has above 15 years of experience in HR management.
Mr. Shrestha is an IT professional with an experience over 16 years in corporate organizations. He holds BCA degree from Purbanchal University.He has well experience of development and successful execution of core life insurance management software.
Currently, he is involved in the inter-department coordination at the corporate office along with supervising the foreign employment insurance business.
Mr. Khanal is a post graduate from Tribhuwan University. He is leading the agency development department for last 15 years. He is responsible for the development and execution of agency development plan.
Mr. Joshi has been associated with Asian Life Insurance Company Limited since 2066 B.S. and at present he is leading the Claim Management Department. He is an MA(Economics) and BEd graduate from Tribhuwan University. He has diversed work experience in insurance industry from operation, sales and marketing to underwriting and claim investigation. Prior to joining Asian Life Insurance, he had served in teaching profession for more than a decade and also has worked for NGOs as finance head.
With more than 14 years of experience in insurance industry, Mrs. Adhikari is an experienced Computer Science Engineer with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Masters in Sociology from Tribhuvan University.
Mrs. Adhikari has attended different training sessions and seminars on information technology management and cyber security. As the head of the department, she shares her experience and knowledge to guide and groom her team.
